The Smartphone will be powered by Octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 MSM8956 Processor. A 6GB of RAM & Adreno 512 graphics processor will ensure phone runs smoothly even the most memory intensive applications with no signs of lag. 64 GB of internal storage will be open for expansion via a microSD card.

As far as the cameras are concerned, On the rear panel, the Redmi Note 7 includes a primary camera of 48MP sensor with f/1.8 aperture, while the secondary camera comes with a 5MP sensor for capturing depth shots. On the front, the Redmi Note 7 includes a 13-megapixel camera and include features like AI face unlock, AI smart beauty, AI single shot blur, among others.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 is powered by a 4000mAh non removable battery with support for Quick Charge 4. It measures 159.21 x 75.21 x 8.10 (height x width x thickness) and weighs 186.00 grams. The Redmi Note 7 runs MIUI 9 based on Android Oreo. But considering some of the Xiaomi phones are getting upgraded to MIUI 10 and Android 9 Pie, we expect Xiaomi to bring the latest software to Redmi Note 7 as well.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 is a Dual-SIM smartphone that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth and USB Type-C. Sensors on the phone include Fingerprint sensor, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope.

The Redmi Note 7 is priced at CNY 999 (Rs 10,500 approx) for the 3GB RAM variant with 32GB storage, CNY 1,199 (Rs 12,500 approx) for the 4GB RAM version with 64GB storage, and CNY 1,399 (Rs 14,500 approx) for the 6GB RAM with 64GB storage option. The smartphone is expected to go on sale from January 15 in China and will be made available in Twilight Gold, Fantasy Blue, and Bright Black colour options.
