Samsung Z4 smartphone was launched in May 2017. The phone comes with a 4.50-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 480 pixels by 800 pixels. The Korean technology giant has unveiled the Z4 that runs on the latest Tizen OS 3.0.
The Samsung Z4 is powered by 1.5GHz quad-core, but Samsung hasn’t specified anything about the chipset model. it comes with 1GB of RAM. A hybrid SIM card slot is also present, allowing you to use two SIM cards or a microSD card and SIM card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Samsung Z4 packs a 5-megapixel rear camera of aperture f/2.2, dual LED flash placed on either sides of the camera. The camera also supports HD video recording (720p at 30fps). Up front, a 5.5-megapixel front-facing camera with LED flash and aperture f/2.2 is also present for selfies and video calling.
Samsung’s Tizen OS is already more popular as a wearable platform compared to Google’s Android Wear and Apple’s WatchOS. According to a recent report from Strategy Analytics, Tizen OS has overall wearable market share of 19 percent, compared to that of 18 percent of Android Wear. The Samsung Z4 runs Tizen 3.0 and is powered by a 2500mAh non removable battery. It measures 132.90 x 69.20 x 10.30 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 143.00 grams.
The Samsung Z4 is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) . Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, 3G and 4G. Sensors on the phone include Proximity sensor, Accelerometer and Ambient light sensor. Samsung has also added a few nifty features to Tizen OS 3.0 for easy access. Users can create quick shortcuts to launch camera, torch, alarm, music player and more, without returning to the home screen. Samsung has also worked to optimize the battery life on the smartphone.
The latest entry in the Z line is a budget device aimed at developing markets, with the low-end specs to match:

The Samsung Z4 will launch in select countries later this month, starting in India. Unfortunately, Samsung didn’t reveal the price, but given the specs, it should run less than $100, but we do know that it’ll be available in three colors — black, gold and silver. If you really can’t wait to catch a glimpse of the handset, it will be on display at the Tizen Developer Conference in San Francisco on May 16 through May 17.
