Puma is a well-known brand when it comes to athletic and casual footwear. The Puma smartwatch comes with a 1.19-inch AMOLED touchscreen of 390 x 390 pixel resolution. It’s housed in a 44mm casing and brings heart rate monitor, NFC, water-resistance up to 5ATM and all the standard fitness tracking modes you’d expect. The display is surrounded by an aluminium dial, and it can be worn on the wrist with the help of a silicone strap. Though the company has not specified the battery capacity of the watch, it claims that the Puma smartwatch will last for 1 to 2 days on a single charge.
The PUMA Smartwatch’s aluminum, plastic, and silicone build yields one of the lightest smartwatches available. The yellow model’s striking bold accents and sporty design make this fitness watch an eye-catching statement for runners.
The Puma smartwatch runs on the Snapdragon Wear 3100 chipset paired with 512MB RAM and 4GB storage. Battery life is rated at 24 hours of endurance with constant GPS usage. The Wear OS interface can be operated via the touch screen or through the digital crown. The watch syncs over Bluetooth 4.2 and is compatible with any iOS 9.3+ and Android OS 4.4+ phones.
The asking price for the Puma Smartwatch is $280/€250 and it will be available in black, yellow and white colors.
