The phone comes with a 6.00-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 2160 pixels at a PPI of 402 pixels per inch. The Huawei Nova 2s is powered by 1.8GHz octa-core Kirin 960 processor and it comes with 4GB of RAM. The phone packs 64GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, The main camera on the Huawei Nova 2S is a 16 + 20 MP shooter with Auto Focus, Face Detection, HDR, Panorama Mode, Geo-tagging, Touch Focus, Digital Zoom, Video Recording. The smartphone also has a Front Facing Camera capable of shooting 20 + 2 MP selfies.

The Huawei Nova 2s runs Android 8.0; EMUI 8.0 UI based and is powered by a 3340mAh non removable battery. The smartphone still features a front-sitting home button and fingerprint sensor, the body looks beautiful in the pictures, especially in the light blue color, and has a glass rear panel. It’s slim at 7.5mm and light at 169 grams.

The Huawei Nova 2s is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC, USB OTG, 3G and 4G. Sensors on the phone include Compass Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope.

The Huawei Nova 2S was made official on December 7 at an event in China, with pre-orders open through the Vmall online store between December 8 and December 11. There are three different configurations of the phone, all at different prices. The cheapest has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage space for 2,700/$410 yuan, while a 6GB/64GB version is 3,000 yuan/$453. The most expensive Nova 2S is 3,400 yuan/$510 and has 6GB of RAM and 128GB storage space. Huawei has outdone itself with the color choice. The glass body shines in blue, black, red, gold, and a silver gray.
